Bulk spreadsheet updater

Hi folks,

 

I’m a new-ish user, and I’m wondering if the Bulk Spreadsheet Updater plugin (https://github.com/hudmol/as_spreadsheet_bulk_updater) is now part of the core code? I’d like to export resource records, make edits, and reimport the updates.

 

I’ve been looking for documentation and thought I’d ask around before I fall down another rabbit hole.
