Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has encountered a specific login issue with ArchivesSpace. We have a user who is currently working remotely in a different part of the state and is consistently getting the typical "incorrect username or password" message when he tries to log in with his username and password.
What’s strange is that I have successfully logged into their account from my computer using the same credentials, and I even reset their password to test it further. While I can get in without any issues, the user has tried multiple devices and cleared their cache and history, yet they still can’t authenticate.
We don’t have any geofencing or IP restrictions in place that should be blocking this. Does anyone know if there are specific environmental factors, network configurations, or even minor time zone discrepancies that might cause the system to reject valid credentials for a remote user while allowing them for an admin in a different city?
