Can't access accession record

Hi All,

 

We are running into problems accessing a lone accession record. It is listed, but we can’t get to it. This is preventing us from also accessing the accompanying resource component record. We tried reindexing ASpace, but that didn’t help. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions?

Hi Jerrold

You'll need to take a look at the logs. There should be some errors in the logs when you try to access that particular accession. Without those specifics its hard to say what the root cause might be.
