Migrating to ASpace: Staffing Questions

We are migrating to ASpace and we have roughly 6-7K finding aids that need migration.  I am wondering if someone could share with me how they have staffed their migrations.  We are contracting with Lyrasis to do the migration, which will reportedly take 3-4 months, but we need to plan the data cleanup phase and I need to figure out how to staff it.  If anyone could kindly share their approach to staffing this phase of the migration, that would be great.

To be honest, we are so limited on staffing and there seemed to be resistance (budgetary) to one-time

or data cleanup efforts (especially since we'd have to train which took more time) that I chose to let the

migration go forward and we correct entries and double check items as we use the platform and also in

response to questions of users.
