Nationbuilder will send invoice on October 22 for the next year, at which point we can pay it. Should be around $350. Will entertain motion for payment of this expense; authorizing up to $400.

I have professional advice on using nationbuilder to establish 2fa, but the same person suggests that if we have to, we can wait until it expires and re-buy it. Having back-ups is great, but for now we’re ok.
Suite for Grand Rapids is paid for ($5000), but I will entertain a motion for reimbursement of $3000. Two rooms come with the suite, and MM and I are paying $1000 for one each. I am approaching Joel Saladin, who will be a featured/keynote speaker, to invite him to spend an evening at the site for a more informal gathering to discuss his work and ideas. Other plans to follow.
