agenda/minutes comment about bylaws web page

I noticed, near the end of the agenda/minutes document that was being displayed during our just-concluded meeting, that there was a link to the bylaws page on the web site, with a comment about updates being "pending".  As far as I know there are no updates pending to that page; it was updated to reflect the 2023 changes a while back, and this was reported to the Board at that time. So that comment should not be included in the minutes of this meeting (and possibly should be removed from the previous minutes, depending on the actual dates, if it was included there -- I have not checked).

Hi Joe,

You are correct that this artifact should have been changed.  However, note that the bottom section was intended to informal notes for my convenience.  This was the practice of Cullene and some other past secretaries.  I put the horizontal line in after the official minutes to indicate that’s where formal minutes stop, and informal notes begin. 

I will remove the section after that line for the draft minutes this month.  I am a little uncomfortable with changing approved minutes documents, but will leave that up to the next secretary.
