Susan --

Our next regular Board meeting will be this Sunday August 20 at 8pm Eastern.

We hope that you will join us

I’m excited at the opportunities and challenges we face leading up to the 2024 national LP convention in DC, and I hope you share my determination to have the LPRC play a huge role in moving the Libertarian Party forward.

==At-Large for James Gholston==
James' efforts are documented with the Materials, Events, and
Endorsements reports.

==Branding==
Branding has no progress on the audio or animated logos to report at
this time.

==Volunteer Support==
Volunteer support currently has no cases in front of it. It could,
however, stand to have more than just one person on it.

==Materials==
James has been working on sticker sheets and some new messages, which
has delayed finalization of the new button guide (Colson Mill)

Buttons and at least 2200 stickers have been produced.

Push cards have been produced and are being distributed.

==Events==
We presently have a roughly 45% success rate for getting our materials
to state conventions this election cycle.

Recent successes: Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina

Upcoming state conventions that have had at least some materials sent:
California, Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan (LNC-affiliated),
Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia

Upcoming state conventions with people to send materials to: California,
Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan (LNC-estranged), New
Jersey, New Mexico (LNC-estranged), New York, Oklahoma, Washington, and
Wisconsin

Upcoming events we need people to send materials to:
Weekend of 24 February: Missouri;

Weekend of 2 March: Nebraska and New Mexico (LNC-affiliated);

Weekend of 9 March: Illinois and Indiana;

Weekend of 16 March: West Virginia;

Weekend of 23 March: Mississippi.

[Thanks to James for sending his reports out and thereby reminding me to
send mine :)]

At Large Board Member: Nothing to report.

Bylaws Committee:  A little bit of general discussion has been happening
in our Discord Bylaws threads, but no concrete proposals have been
forthcoming as of Friday night, so I've not scheduled a Zoom meeting for
the committee to consider proposals.

Third-hand I received notice that Cullene resigned from the committee,
and (a different) third-hand reported that Discord was rejecting her aol
messages and that was why she could not participate.  Cullene, please
advise if this info is incorrect.

If it is correct, there is a vacancy on the committee.  Is there anyone
else who wants to be added to the committee?

I've asked the remaining members (asked on Discord, but asking them to
respond via email) whether, in light of this problem with Discord, they
want to revert to discussing proposals on email.  No responses as of
Saturday evening.

==At Large Report for James Gholston==
I set up and attended our table at the Texas state convention in
addition to my duties as a delegate there. After a number of things
went wrong with my friend who was my driver, Marc Montoni and Elisabeth
Miller took a chunk of their vacation time together to help me get to a
less expensive hotel for an unplanned extra night (that turned out to be
two), find my missing car, and would have helped get it to safety if AAA
hadn't flaked out on me. Two other friends mounted the 840 mile round
trip to rescue for me and my car that succeeded on the second attempt.
Hopefully this will stay an outlier for adventurous situations running
one of our tables.

Right now I do not know how much time I will need to physically
recuperate from the trip. I'm hoping to be able to start getting work
done again in a few days, but can make no promises.

==Branding==
Nothing new to report at this time

==Materials==
Colson Mill has fallen further behind schedule. Preview 4 had hard
copies at Corpus Christi and I hope to have a PDF uploaded soon but did
not in time for this meeting.

Tyler Danke is up and running with producing buttons now.

New button messages include _No Human is Illegal_, _No Particular
Order_, and (if I don't work out a better phrasing to fit it on a
button) _Don't Register Your Garden_.

==Events==
We've covered as well as missed more state conventions. The status of
four of them remains unknown: New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, and
Washington.

With the possible exception of Ohio, we may be done with state
conventions until after the DC convention. Perhaps more likely is there
is one or two that we don't know about.

==Volunteer Support==
