We have had a few returning members to the caucus. For the most part I welcome them and believe they are coming back to help the LP’s stabilizing with a solid radical base. I hope and expect to see more folks coming back as we move toward DC and people see a bigger role for the radical caucus.

But I want to be clear here about my concerns about Ms Harlos. When she rejoined in October she wrote this on X, copying an email she sent to the Board email address. (It is still on her X account)

Why am I sharing this? Because I want the other board members to understand the explicit motivations of Ms Harlos. I know personal feelings get aired a lot in the LP and I don’t want them to destroy any progress we may be making. I am not asking that Ms Harlos be expelled or even made unwelcome. I am asking that this vitriol be taken into account when inevitable frictions appear over the next few months.

Not sure the image conveyed:

Text of the tweet was: “I just joined the Radical Caucus. Fuck Susan Hogarth trying to play stupid games. If my only role is to never let her forget what she did did to me and haunt her dreams so be it. I remember when she tried to chair the LPRC 2016 convention and ran new people off she was so... Show more”

And included was an image of the email she sent to the Board with this text: “I affirm the key points.

Susan Hogarth shouldn't be chair of a broken dining room set. I helped get this caucus organized and would like it it to be radical again. I am joining because I am an actual radical.”
