I haven't seen any additional proposals since our last meeting and my last update to you.

Please send further proposals to the people listed above in the To and Cc lines.

When I see anything further sent in this manner I will propose a meeting time to finalize our report.

(Remember that because one of our members cannot access the Discord channel we are no longer posting proposals there. Discussion may be taking place there but I'm not following it so please, post any actual proposals to the list of people above.)

Given that the membership may be discussing our proposals in DC at our "meeting that won't be a real meeting" and will be voting on our report at the July membership meeting I'd like to send out the report to the membership and post it to the website by one week before the National Convention to give members time to look it over.  This will satisfy the 45-day advance notice requirement.
