Given that the people most likely to have a professional assessment of
this are mainly available via email, I'm sending this to email right
before attempting to start a chat discussion about it instead of the
other way around.

GPT-4-1106 has suggested the following language for trademark on the
button guide's not-a-copyright page:

The Libertarian Party Radical Caucus asserts its identity through the
use of its name and logo. These are not granted privileges but marks of
authenticity and a commitment to prevent misrepresentation. Unauthorized
use that misleads or implies endorsement is not in accordance with the
principles of voluntary association and honest communication.

Thoughts? Nits? Flames? Other?

Note that one of the requirements I'm trying to adhere to here is to
keep this notice as ancap-friendly as possible and not simply make it an
assertion of government-granted privilege.
