Endorsements report 12/2023

I have a draft survey for presidential candidates and a v2 draft for other candidates awaiting approval by the committee. I also started work on how we will grade or tabulate results. I have shared them within our discord, but so far it is only Susan and I that are present, so there has not been much collaboration or ability to schedule a call.

Planned work for next month includes:

1. Finalizing and publishing the above surveys

2. Development of the grading process

3. Creation of a form for LNC candidates

Risk to the above is that other committee members are not available, which will block progress.
