There will be an all-membership, online (via Zoom) meeting for the purpose of nominating candidates for the following elected positions on April 1 at 8 PM. PA House districts 11, 12, and 17 PA House district 8 (with Lawrence county) PA Senate district 47 (with Erie county) PA Senate district 21 (with Beaver and Lawrence counties) US House district 16 (with Lawrence and Erie counties) If you have people you would like to nominate for these positions, please send their information to the membership list, mem...@lpbutler.com, or post it in the LPPA Discord channel #butler-county ASAP. We would like to talk to potential nominees before this meeting, and we need to coordinate with adjacent counties. If you know anyone who might like to run for any of these positions, please reach out to them or give their information to bo...@lpbutler.com so that a board member can contact them. All members in good standing will be eligible to vote for nominees during this meeting and are strongly encouraged to attend. Zoom link to follow, stay tuned.
