As per Mr Kraus, if you are buying non-refundable, non- transferable tickets, 

===remind folks to NOT buy tickets until I have a signed agreement in hand & send a note to the list with information. I do not want folks stuck with anon refundable ticket. ===

I got mine as SW is transferable and I'll use them no matter what.

Quick update,

There was a city wide conference this week so the folks I've been working with have been tied up but I should have an agreement in place early next week along with a reservation link. Please wait until I send that out before making any non refundable flights.

Right now the CVB is working on a "field trip" for Fri afternoon to the Plaza in Albuquerque's Old Town seeing a few of the historical sites & then heading to the convention center & a couple hotels. This is mainly aimed at those in the Convention Committee but open to everyone with an optional dinner after.

Thank you for asking - yes - and agreement has been signed & I am waiting for the reservation link & will send out details once received as mentioned below. Folks should be OK making their flight reservations now if they wish.

In terms of your other question on Membership Report - state totals will be included in the next report for EOM Dec.
