These questions from Region 7 remain outstanding. Constituents are curious about the national billboard purchasing program.
1. There appears to be phases of this program. Which phase is this program currently in? Are there descriptions of the plans for the various phases?
2. Is it true that in some of these locations, major candidates are not even running in the current cycle? How were these markets chosen? Was there a discussion or were subject matter and marketing experts consulted?
3. What is the price for these billboards per market? Are there itemized invoices available for LNC members to view?
4. Is there any analysis currently available to show the efficacy of the billboard campaigns? If so, what metrics are being used to gauge success?
5. Which staff members have been charged with implementing and supervising this program?
6. Who provided the design and messaging that is going on the billboards? Do these signs clearly indicate that they were placed by the Libertarian Party? Do the signs have contact information for outreach to interested viewers?
