Deadline for agenda items for the 7/3 meeting

You must have all agenda requests in by the end of this Sunday.  I am keeping a list and will provide a list of what I have to the LNC by week's end hopefully sooner.  After Sunday, I will prepare a draft agenda for the Chair's review and editing unless she directs me otherwise.

I would ask that an agenda item concerning the non-disclosure agreement be added to the agenda. Something like this:

"The Non-Disclosure Agreement currently being circulated for signature to members of the LNC shall be discussed without limitation, including complete redrafting, In particular, the question whether the NDA shall be deemed to require the "Discloser" to provide clear notice to "Recipient" on the face of any information that "Discloser" intends to be confidential and covered by the NDA. This intention might be achieved by allowing new signers to add a phrase below his/her signature: "All confidential information shall be clearly marked 'confidential, subject to Non-Disclosure Agreement,' before the information is revealed to the Recipient." All agreements previously signed shall be deemed to have this meaning."

If, because I am an ALT, I am not allowed to add an agenda item, would some REP please add it for me?

I would also remind everyone that the Chair will likely have to be deciding between things we can cover in this e-meeting and what gets put off until the end of February as these e-meetings are limited to two hours absent a motion to extend and do include public comment.
