I would ask that an agenda item concerning the non-disclosure agreement be added to the agenda. Something like this:
"The Non-Disclosure Agreement currently being circulated for signature to members of the LNC shall be discussed without limitation, including complete redrafting, In particular, the question whether the NDA shall be deemed to require the "Discloser" to provide clear notice to "Recipient" on the face of any information that "Discloser" intends to be confidential and covered by the NDA. This intention might be achieved by allowing new signers to add a phrase below his/her signature: "All confidential information shall be clearly marked 'confidential, subject to Non-Disclosure Agreement,' before the information is revealed to the Recipient." All agreements previously signed shall be deemed to have this meaning."
