With these being Executive Committee minutes, does the Executive Committee vote on approval or the entire LNC? Sorry I didn't catch this earlier.

Ack I have a pile of minutes and technically only the EC with the rest of the LNC giving input so no harm done but a majority of the EC has to vote yes.
