I thought I saw some disturbing imagery as well. I think it would be appropriate to black out the screen anywhere that might have the video or our account flagged for any reason. At the very least, we should have the video pulled until the LNC can agree on what precisely should be done.

Laryssa, I would also suggest you start working on the edit... so it is ready once the body is ready. Sorry to ruin more of yet another weekend. Please do not delete the original - just make it unavailable.

Besides the adult images already mentioned at 22:09, we also had a number of times that the screen sharing was abused to show graphic images and those should also be addressed in your edits (with final decision from the board as a whole).

Considering that the Policy Manual does not require meeting videos to be made public immediately, and until recently the Policy Manual said that meeting records are destroyed after the minutes are done, I'd like to see staff pull down the video immediately and then get instructions from the acting Chair.

Problem, youtube is not allowing download of this video (perhaps it is a processing issue and it will allow it tomorrow) and neither will my paid third party downloader.  I cannot edit this without downloading - Mr. Harris did you also record the meeting locally and if so can you send me the file?  Otherwise I have to wait to see if youtube allows downloading tomorrow.

I have caught those instances of Mr. Isis that happened first and then the second time that drew public comment from the LNC.  Are there other instances that anyone is aware of that flashed across the screen at any other time but did not elicit any audible comments from anyone?

Yep I caught that time stamp - that was all part of that flurry.  I will get this exported out and re-upload to the youtube channel.  I will leave the original video private and intact in case anyone ever challenges the edits to show that nothing substantive was removed.  For the ones that are image only I just blacked out the video and left the sound intact.  There were some images with accompanying sound and I deleted those very small chunks.

The video was re-published in the wee hours.  If anyone notices anything missed please alert me immediately and I will take care of.  Once youtube fully processes minor edits can be done in youtube's rudimentary native editor without yanking the video.  That could not be done last night as processing can take up to a full day.
