After we're done with ordering and other odds and ends, I have an amendment to a proposal to float.  Darryl Perry has suggested that we add the words "the lesser of" to the first paragraph of Proposal EE to clarify the part about who can start an LNC action.  I personally don't think that the language makes it more or less clear, but my mind is open to anyone on the committee who has an opinion about whether it reads better with or without the addition.

Mr. Rowlette,

Looking back at the minutes for the Nov 30 meeting it looks like we did discuss that exact wording (bottom of page 4 into top of page 5). It looks like it

I don't have much of a concern with that change personally, though I don't think it's a substantive change either. Given that, I'd prefer whichever option is more likely to get the proposal passed and I'd be open to arguments for either the current language or this change.
