Minutes of 2-23?

Had no internet hookup last night until 11:30 or so.  Sorry

about that but that's life in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.

Stayed on until  about 12:45 AM.  Will watch Youtube video

of meeting and prepare minutes unless other arrangements

have been made.  No problem either way.

Will watch the Youtube video to keep abreast of what is

going on and will prepare the minutes if need be.  Let me

know as soon as video is available.
