August 1 LEC important information

All guests coming to camp for the LEC, regardless of what time you are arriving, should plan on parking at the small visitor parking area at the Main Gate (to the far left) or in the Brooks Field Lot near the Garage on the opposite side of the road. If anyone needs handicap access, just let Dave Srebro know and we can accommodate!
Once parked, you must stop in at the Camp Office to sign in as a visitor and get a visitor wrist band. When you leave, you will also need to sign out. These are protocols to help keep the youth currently in camp safe.
Members coming for dinner will probably want to be at camp by 5:30, 5:45 at the latest. Please let myself and Mr. Croom know in advance if you plan to come for dinner. Dinner is at 6:00 and is $10 (you can pay Dave after the meal, or stop in at the Trading Post when you arrive). The menu is chicken parmesan w/ penne pasta, garlic bread, salad bar, juices/coffee and ice cream. The camp will then have their chapel service following dinner if you wish to attend.
The LEC will be taking place in the OLA, weather permitting. We will move to the Dining Hall if there is inclement weather. I hope to see all of you there!
