Brothers,
Once again I would like to remind everyone about Harvest Fest 2017.
There will be numerous opportunities for cheerful service, and to get into the fall spirit!
We will be arriving early Saturday around 7:00 AM to start setting up the Indian Village.
Any help with that would be greatly appreciated.
Once again, we will be looking for help with the following:
Drumming Sessions on the Dining Hall Parade Field/Porch or maybe in the NAA Village on the
hour.
Help the NAA Committee run the Indian Village
Parking Assistance.
Oversee the Bounce Houses at times
Work the hay wagons getting people on and off, monitor seats, behavior, etc at times
Wear Tiger and/or Wolf costumes and mingle around camp (play “Mickey Mouse” with the Cub
Scouts).
Trouble Shooting – fill in with tasks, vacancies, cover lunch breaks, as needed, runners, etc
Any help is greatly appreciated, and THERE IS NO COST!!!
Dress Code will be full Class A, with OA sash.
The Dates and times are:
October 28 – Noon to 6pm
October 29 – 11am to 5pm
I look forward to seeing all of you there.
