Very Sad News...

I have been asked to share with you, with very heavy hearts, the news that Mr. Jim Naticchi passed away last night. This is truly a huge loss for our Council, Lodge & the Scouting Community.
Jim was currently on the Council’s Executive Board, serving as our Scoutreach Chairman. In our Lodge, Jim was connected to everything that went on, especially the Elangomats. He had been employed by the Council as our Scoutreach Coordinator for about 4 years. He volunteered on the staff at Goose Pond this past summer, has served as the Dan Beard District Chair, and was a true fixture in the Jessup community and involved in just about everything in Scouting for the last 30+ years. He is a Scouting icon and a treasure that will be deeply missed. Often seen wearing the nametag on his uniform indicating his title of “The Man, The Myth, The Legend”…his dedication is our rich legacy.
We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Ann, and his children, Gina, Mario and Chris.
