Just a note to let you know that I have dug out my old Zigduino boards and may (may!) be using them to prototype a new mesh network app here at Spectra.

 

Also –  assume you have heard of the BatMote … http://batmote.cedint.upm.es/

That is very cool -- glad to hear it! I've seen the batmote site, but
not a lot in the way of shipping hardware. Last update to the blog was
also almost a year and a half ago, so I have no idea what their status
is right now.

That reminds me -- I've been working on getting a Zigduino contiki
port together that can be merged into the main stream of Contiki 2.7.
It's on github at https://github.com/logos-electromechanical/contiki
and the thing it needs most right now is testing to compile a list of
which examples and apps work and which do not.
