New documentation wiki & forum

All,

I've created a wiki for Logos documentation to replace the earlier PDF
manuals. I'll be redirecting the product page links over the next few
days, as well as finishing porting over the existing manuals. You need
to create a wiki account in order to edit. It also includes a much
better forum plugin.
