Launching R4 sandbox not working. Stuck on Loading screen

Hi,

Am seeing the attached issue (loading spinner screen) when launching the R4 sandbox in logicahealth. R3 sandboxes are working.

Anyone else seeing similar issues?

A forced full HAPI cluster provisioning just finished that seems to have resolved the immediate outage issue, at least for now.
