504 when trying to launch a launch scenario

Hi! We're trying to launch some launch scenarios and it appears the patient modal is erroring out with  a 504 Gateway Timeout. I'm not seeing any other network logs indicating issues before these timeout errors. Could we get some help looking into these timeouts? 

If there are any particular screenshots or pieces of data I can share to make this investigation easier please let me know.

Hi - we're unfortunately still running into intermittent 504 responses when trying to open launch scenarios. Sometimes the 504 is from the patient modal and sometimes it's from calls we make to the logica EHR. Is someone able to help troubleshoot this? It's blocking development and testing for us.

Good morning folks - we're unfortunately still seeing this intermittent error. It's making developing, testing, and demoing to customers unstable. Can someone please help us take a look at these errors? We're continuing to see 504 responses from the patient modal and from the logica EHR.

Hi all,

I work with Helen. Our issues seem to be isolated to a specific sandbox: FlatironHealthR4. Every call to the FHIR server that backs this sandbox is either timing out (with a 504) or returning with the error "Could not open JPA EntityManager for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Unable to acquire JDBC connection." Calls to the /metadata endpoint return just fine. All this leads be to believe that something is up with the database backing this sandbox. Is there anyway for us to troubleshoot this?

Just to chime in with another data point, I am having the same issues with my sandbox.
