id.logicahealth.org refused to connect

Might be related to the issue that some were having not being able to log into the sandbox but I am seeing this error when trying to launch an app from the EHR Simulator.  It shows this behavior for both my own application that I configured as well as the CDS Hooks sandbox app.  I can launch both from Launch Scenarios in the main sandbox UI but would like to be able to launch them from within the EHR Simulator.
