Next page link on $everything returns error

To export all Patient data we call $everything endpoint and iterate over paginated results. One of the links to ‘next’ page returned by a server fails. For example:

I tried https://api.logicahealth.org/DaVinciPDexProvider/data/Patient/$everything and clicked on the links to 'next' page and it is working, please try again and let us know if it is working for you.

Hi Yuriy,

I tried again with my token and went to like 10 "next" links and it was working.  I am not sure why you are seeing the error.  By the time I tried to debug it through your token, the token expired.  Could you share your new bearer token by emailing it just to me?

This turns out to be an issue with HAPI's JPA server versions 4.2.0, 5.0.0 and 5.0.2 that was reported here in this thread https://github.com/jamesagnew/hapi-fhir/issues/1924. Logica sandbox is currently on HAPI 4.2.0.
