Logica API server appears to be down

The Logica API server (https://api.logicahealth.org/s4gp5/open/) seems to be down. Anyone facing the same issue?

Any updates when the server will be up and running?

Yes, we are facing the same issue.

It looks like there was a spike in memory/CPU usage which caused an issue with this service beginning at 2:10 ET. The services are restarting and I believe functionality should be restored momentarily - please let me know if you're still seeing issues. It would also be helpful to know who was actively working on the sandbox when this outage occurred to troubleshoot a root cause more effectively (especially if you know you were working with a large or atypical workload).

Hi Michael,

We are still seeing one issue with OPEN fhir server endpoint (see the below URL for example). It now requires authentication, which wasn't the case before. Only secured fhir server needed authentication. please let me know if you need more details.

While that's getting looked into, there is a workaround Supresh. You can just remove the open endpoint and add it back in the Settings. That seems to work.
