create sandbox stalls

I've been trying to create a new sandbox for several hours. My dashboard lists the new sandbox, with status "in creation queue", with busy icon. Latest attempt showed me in position 81. No forward progress after several hours. Tried refreshing browser window, and sandbox manager logout, login. Tried 2 different accounts with same results.

We have been seeing this for last couple weeks for multiple sandboxes we tried to create. Though it is stuck in creation, it gets created fine and we are able to access with the sandbox selection dropdown. Can this please be looked into ?

Hi Ananth,

As of January 1st, the hosted sandbox systems will not receive updates or free public support, with focus shifting to the Community Edition. Please join the upcoming community call!
