to COVID-19 Interoperability Assets

Last week we pushed out v0.6.0 of the IG, including:

* Splitting of COVID19Daignosis into COVID19SNOMEDDiagnosis and COVID19ICD10Diagnosis
New profiles:
* UnderlyingCardiovascularMedicalConditionPresent
* UnderlyingNeuroligicMedicalConditionPresent
* UnderlyingImmunocompromisedMedicalConditionPresent

We will be following quickly with another release targeting for June 24th (Wednesday of next week), scoped to include additional co-morbities, value sets, and LOINC codes for ~18 lab tests, as well as addressing the broken "history" page for those wishing to access older builds.
