to COVID-19 Interoperability Assets

We've rolled out v0.7.0! Changes include:

Additional LOINC Codes for 18 lab tests
Additional Co-Morbidities (3 - 4 of the remaining profiles)
"History" page workaround/fix with historical release links. (Direct link: https://covid-19-ig.logicahealth.org/history.html) This is a new page and will be maintained going forward, as well as the git (source) tags and image (build) tags. We intend to continue only hosting the current version, but are happy to reevaluate if there's interest.

Value set creation - 10 total
