v0.5.0 FHIR Profiles IG - Release Notes

IG v0.5.0 has been released! (https://covid-19-ig.logicahealth.org) Major deltas are:

• New profiles for Smoking Status, General Comorbidities
  
• New LOINC labs, Pregnancy Status, Gestational Age at Time of Onset of Illness
  
• Updated profiles: Added Signs and Symptoms severities to the Symptoms Present profile
  
• Updated the Signs and Symptoms value set
  
• Added severities to COVID19 Diagnosis profile
  

From sprint planning today, we are aiming for two 1-week sprints. Rough scopes...

• Targeting Monday, May 11th: revisions to co-morbidities, likely as v0.5.1 patch release
  
• Targeting Monday, May 18th: assertions for co-morbidities, value sets; changes for AHRQ Care Summary medications and treatments (requires analysis); possible death information to align with SOLOR (also requires analysis)

FYI we put out a minor v0.5.1 update yesterday that replaces the COVID19GeneralComorbidityVS with COVID19UnderlyingMedicalConditionVS.

"These profiles are used to capture the existence or absence of conditions, situations, procedures, or other issues that could exacerbate COVID19 or that could be exacerbated by COVID19.  The value set for this is somewhat short for now and contains many general categories.  It will change over time as people and organizations make suggestions or have requirements.  Specific profiles for comorbid categories will also be created, such as "COVID19 Chronic Lung Diesase Comorbidities", and will have value sets of conditions specific to and members of the general category."
