I opened a JIRA issue. I think it ought to lead to an email being sent
to communications@, but I think I'm the only person on that list (per
Google Groups anyway, but maybe it's confusing me) so including the
Tech committee.

I'm happy to look into fixing the item (news out of order on the
website) or to configure JIRA to send notifications to the relevant
lists if either could use a volunteer. I'll need increased perms if
I'm going to do anything though :)

My user on the JIRA system is 'flamefew'.
