START: Internet service outage at W4RAT, repeaters isolated

There has been a loss of all Internet services at the repeater site due to a Comcast service outage.  The backup Internet connection has failed to engage.  The current ETTR from Comcast is 10:33 AM.  The Technical Committee will visit the site this weekend to troubleshoot the backup connection.  Repeaters are handling local traffic but do not currently have network access.  AREDN tunnels in and out of MIDL are down.

Connectivity was restored around 12:45 this afternoon.  All equipment is online and functioning normally.

A router misconfiguration prevented our systems from acquiring domain name resolution services over the backup link.  This is related to the workaround that was implemented for the outage that impacted our systems on December 26.  This misconfiguration has been corrected and DNS resolution now appears to be working properly over the backup connection.
