W4RAT-MIDL-W AREDN node off the air

Our west-facing AREDN node went down around 2 AM. Network equipment is showing a PoE short circuit. The port has been powered down from the network switch.

The Technical Committee will visit the repeater site to assess the situation within the next week. The northeast and southeast-facing sectors remain on the air and operational.

The MIDL-W node hosted the RATS MeshChat service. Several other RVA_MeshChat instances are accessible on the mesh.

Repairs to W4RAT-MIDL-W have been completed and this node is back on the air.
