START: Emergency maintenance - multiple systems

The Technical Committee will be performing emergency maintenance at the repeater site later today which requires a power-down of all RF systems some club IT services.  Maintenance is expected to conclude by 2 PM and downtime is expected to be less than 1 hour.

The EPCR7 remote power switch is experiencing a communication issue and needs to be reset.  This will result in a loss of power to all RF equipment and some IT assets.  A routine inspection of part of our emergency power systems will also be performed while systems are offline.
