LCCA Parent and Student Survey

Dear 7th, 9th & 11th grade parents, 

For well over a decade, school districts throughout Livingston County have partnered with the Livingston County Community Alliance as we work together in an effort to keep our students healthy, safe and informed regarding risk-taking behavior. We have been asked to share the attached documents that invite parents to take a short survey about risk taking behaviors. At the end of the parent survey, parents will have an opportunity to invite their own child(ren) to take a student survey by providing an email. In an effort to be fully transparent with this survey, the LCCA has provided the student survey for parents to review, which is attached to this email. 

The data collected from this survey is 100% anonymous and will help the LCCA qualify for future grants that will support their continued work. The link to the parent survey can be found HERE.
