PCHS Community,
Before sharing this week’s updates, we want to recognize the quick and skilled response to the medical emergency at PCHS last night. Our athletic trainer, Jay Richardson, PCS parent Barbie DeSilva, and the Putnam Fire First Responders (including PCHS grads) acted with care and professionalism, leading to a positive outcome. We are equally proud of our student-athletes, who showed tremendous character in supporting their teammate. Today, our high school staff also mobilized together to keep student and staff well-being at the forefront of the school day. Thank you to everyone offering care and compassion to the family, students, and athletes during this time. Moments like this truly highlight the strength and spirit of our Pirate community.
