Good Afternoon,

If you are interested in Dual Enrollment for the first time or are a returning Dual Enrollment student, please carefully review and follow the steps below. If you like to view the Dual Enrollment presentation, please visit this link and select the first bullet point.

New Dual Enrollment Students

  1. Select the college you plan to attend for dual enrollment (most common: WCC, LCC, or Cleary).

  2. Apply directly through the college’s website:

  3. Send your high school transcript by creating a Parchment.com account (link and directions linked here).

  4. College-specific requirements:

    • WCC: Obtain and complete WCC’s Dual Enrollment Packet (linked here).

    • LCC: The dual enrollment process is completed online.

    • Cleary: Print Cleary University forms and return the completed application to the Counseling Office.

  5. Obtain the Dual Enrollment Packet from the Counseling Office or the PCHS website and return it to the Counseling Office after you are registered for classes.

**Please note: Per the State of Michigan, dual enrollment courses must not be offered at PCHS or must be unavailable due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict (MDE). Additionally, students are not allowed per the State of MI, to take courses in physical education, theology, divinity, religious education, hobbies, crafts, or recreational courses.

Returning Dual Enrollment Students
  • Please complete this form and return it to the Counseling Office on or before May 1, 2026

*Important Reminder*

Being able to Dual Enroll is a privilege. If the required Dual Enrollment forms are not submitted by May 1, 2026, late registrations will not be accepted.

If you have questions regarding the transferability of courses, please contact the college you are dual enrolling with directly or visit this website for more information. The PCHS Counseling Office is not able to determine whether a course will transfer or not.

To view courses that are part of the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA), please visit this link. It is the responsibility of the student and their family to research transfer equivalencies between colleges.

Have a great day :)
