Error when including level3 data in Payment Intent creation call

We're migrating to payment intents with the .NET Stripe library, using this guide: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-intents/migration#elements 

Credit card charges work fine until trying to add the level3 data as shown in this guide: https://stripe.com/docs/level3#payment-intents

When including those values, we get a 400 error with "message": "Received unknown parameter: level3".

We're including level3 data in our old integration and it's working fine.

What are we doing wrong?

While the API supports Level 3 data today, this is not a public feature and you need to request access for it to work on PaymentIntents. If you reach out to our support team they should be able to give you access directly: https://support.stripe.com/contact
