Is stripe id unique across diffenent Stripe account

Hi,

If I have 2 Stripe account, e.g. account A , account B.

And I create invoices, payment intents in both accounts.

Is there any chance that the id of invoice A in account A would be the same as the id of invoice B in account B.

Just want to know the id uniqueness is guaranteed in one Stripe account or the whole Stripe system.

Hello,

The majority of our object ids are unique across all Stripe accounts to avoid collisions like this one and Invoice or PaymentIntent objects would be unique. It's not true for all objects though as some can be created by choosing their ids such as a Coupon or a Product, making those ids not unique across accounts. Because of this, it's best to keep track of which account the information is coming from to avoid any issue.
