rest API POST

Hi all,

I am building a Stripe API in VisualWorks Smalltalk and have a question about the REST API.

Is it correct to post a charge  with something like this ?

<URL:https://api.stripe.com/v1/charges?amount=1000&currency=eur&source=tok_16WRow2eZvKYlo2CBZuKlcp9&description=Example charge#>

or should I enroll thing in a JSON contents like: 

{"source": "tok_16WRow2eZvKYlo2CBZuKlcp9", "description": "Example charge", "amount": 1000, "currency": "eur", "Idempotency-Key": "VP8yjnQ5jUhZSEDDddddfghjkrysHw"}
