how can i ask for Mobile or Phone no. in Stripe payment screen

Like below screen

I need email as well as Phone no.

Please guide if this possible?

Hey Amit,

There is no way to ask for a phone number at the moment in Stripe Checkout. This is something you'd collect along yourself so that it gets posted with the form automatically. You could do something like this: http://jsfiddle.net/pe6khjta/ (and tweak it to adapt to your own form's style).
