Simhost SSL certs are getting updated

The self-signed Linden cert used on simhosts is going away to be
replaced by ones anchored by DigiCert:

Regions are available for testing on Aditi and a small channel may
appear soon on Agni. Now would be a good time to do some checks
to confirm your CA pool and crypto are compatible.
