Local downloads library locations

There is/was a wiki that showed the locations (local) archive of each .bz2 of the libraries download locations.
Does anyone have a name/url of the wiki?
Each platform has a location.

I don't know about the wiki but does the function

get_install_cache_dir() in autobuild/common.py give you the answer
