Autobuild 3.5.0

A new version of autobuild has been released with some features TPV developers may be interested in:

- zstandard, xz, gzip compression of package archives

- blake2b hash support

- Support for downloading packages from restricted sources such as private GitHub Releases and GitLab packages

- CPU count exported as AUTOBUILD_CPU_COUNT for build scripts

Thanks to RyeMutt for many of the contributions. These changes should allow more viewers to build using the upstream version of autobuild.

Great update for the private repos, not tried it yet, mind you :-) . I have just spent a few days working around that by pulling them locally using a PAT and then running an installables edit to update the autobuild data. This should make things cleaner.
