Defining new RIS with Radlex

I work at Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital and was wanting some guidance on the Radlex playbook.  We have purchased a new RIS/HIS and are at the beginning of the building phase. (Cerner)  Anyway, I believe it would be best if we use the Radlex Playbook to name our procedures but am confused on how to do this build.  I have read that the Radlex will be adding CPT codes/Loinc Codes to the exams in the future for better description, but haven't seen them yet.  Does anyone know when this will be released?

Also can you tell me how to incorporate the Radlex naming conventions into our new RIS/HIS?

Example on how I think we should set it up:

mnemonic        Procedure Description
RPID                  Radlex Short Description

Does the above sound correct?  Any guidance on this build would be grateful.
