[P4-edu] P4 Education group - meeting notes and updates

Dear All,

The meeting notes from today are available at https://github.com/p4lang/education/wiki/01-14-2019-Meeting-Notes.

The notes from Srivani will be updated later. 

I would like to urge you all to update our getting started document, as it is a show stopper to other activities.

The easiest way to do it is to issue a pull request for https://github.com/p4lang/education/blob/master/GettingStarted.md

We are also looking for projects ideas for the GSoC application (opening this week) and for Hackathon-length/1-day projects. You can just send your ideas to Robert/me and we'll update the wiki.

Our next meeting will take place on Monday, January-28.
