NO P4.org architecture work group meeting 2024-Jul-29, but _yes_ next week

Sorry for the late notice this week, but there is no meeting to be held on 2024-Jul-29.

I want to hold a meeting on 2024-Aug-05.  Even though there is also scheduled a meeting of the P4 language design work group meeting that day, now that this meeting's time is earlier in the day, we can hold both on the same day!  It has been a while since we had a meeting, so even if we do not have any prepared presentations, I would like anyone with issues they are working on to give updated status of their work.  I will try to ping a few people I know of that can give such status.
